dc.description.abstractThe noise impact analysis is carried out as a pan of the environmental impact analysis for any highway improvement. The review of the research and development efforts made in highway traffic noise prediction reveals that the traffic noise prediction is done using mathematical modelling. This paper describes the details of various noise prediction models adopted for the prediction of highway traffic noise around the world.-
