Title: State space model for drum boiler system

Abstract: The present article describes the analytical method for development of linear state-space model of drum boiler system from known drum boiler dynamics. Also statistical analysis of the model has been carried out to find out how accurate the linear model is and which operating point is the best suited for linearisation. The non-linear model has been considered as the standard for comparisons and analysis. Also the dynamic behaviour of the linear and non-linear model has been compared.
