dc.description.abstractWeight enumerator is one of the important parameters of a code. The MacWilliams identity for a code is a remarkable result that describes how the weight distribution of a code and that of its dual are related to each other. In this paper we discuss the MacWilliams identity using Lee complete Ï -weight enumerator of codes over the ring of matrices n×s(R), where R=I4+νI4, ν2 =v, with respect to Rosenbloom-Tsfasman metric. We give a transformation to obtain Ï -weight enumerator of a code from its Lee complete Ï -weight enumerator. Some examples are given. © 2013 IEEE.-
