Abstract: This electronic document is a description giving the various components of robotics, basics, and its varieties. It also describes its different forms and usages. Here image processing and its basics are also discussed. Here the main stress is laid on a particular application of robotics. Thus it tries to redefine a robot in such a way that it suits that particular application for plucking fruits and medicinal plants along with its protection issues. © Springer Science+Business Media Singapore 2016.
