dc.description.abstractPolycrystalline specimen of Ca3CoMnO6 was prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. Powder was calcined in air at 1273 K for 24 h. Sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction using Cu (K α) and found to be single phase. Grain size was observed to be 700 nm from field effect scanning electron microscopy. Magnetization was found to be ∼ 0.3306 emu/g at magnetic field of 10 kOe. © 2012 American Institute of Physics.-
