Title: SPR Gas Sensor Using Bimetallic Structure Based on Gold Grating-Aluminum Film

Abstract: We propose a bimetallic Au-Al based SPR sensor. FWHM of SPR curve of conventional Au grating based sensor could be reduced by using the proposed bimetallic structure and thereby improving the resolution. Sensitivity of the proposed sensor is 191°/RIU with an FWHM of 0.26°. © 2017 IEEE.
