Title: Bimodal distribution of grains

Abstract: A study was conducted to show the microstructure of the fractured surface of CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) ceramics, processed at 1125 °C for 2 hours under isothermal conditions in an air atmosphere. The surface morphology was performed by a FEI Quanta 200 FEG field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) of the fractured surfaces. CCTO was prepared by the sol-gel method. The figure of the configure represented a bimodal distribution of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramic.
