Development of specialty papers is an art: Wax match tissue paper from indigenous raw materials - Part I

Abstract

In present investigation attempts have been made to manufacture wax match paper from locally available hardwoods like Eucalyptus tereticornis with some proportions of Dendrocalamus strictus (Bamboo) and Pinus rosburghii. These raw materials are mostly utilized in India in different proportions. The results of laboratory made wax match tissue paper are very promising and interesting. The converted paper fulfil propose of end users.
